Hello, I watch a few of your vlog, and what I noticed is that you're always asking if the property has its own transformer. Just to let you know, residential houses don't usually have its own transformer , unless of course it is a mega house. It all depends on the load requirements.

Well here in Zambales, electricity fluctuates because apparently Zameco do not install enough transformers in certain areas where consumption of electricity is high. So having a transformer here is an advantage. I have also noticed here that even for the houses with small loads, they have their own transformers. Thank you po for watching. 😊
