It is definitely the window, i have seen several simmers without the reshade having the same issue. I think it has to do with the fact that the window is not straight up but on a slight diagonal line.

as someone who's always lived in places with seasons and lots of pine tree's, have always thought dessert homes like this were so beautiful and interesting because they are the exact opposite of what I'm used to

I absolutely LOVE this kit 😍 this is my favourite and then the industrial loft kit 2nd 👌🏼 these items are so detailed, modern, neutral and usable. The settee is my new favourite and it fits in so many builds - amazing. The squishy, detailed and neutral settee we have all been dreaming of lol 😆

I've been having the same problem with the curtains, it has to do with the transparency I think. I just ignored it when I put them down because I was so happy about the curtain rod/shelf.
