I assume this is a multi-million dollar house with neighbors 3 feet away, no thanks. If I was spending this much, I'd want some land and privacy. I'm sure this locale is paradise for some, but being near the ocean is irrelevant to me. I'd rather have 100+ acres in the Rocky mountain foothills in Colorado...it'd probably cost less than this.
