As I am living in Europe and the weather keeps being dark, wet and chilly I my country, I would love to watch a travel destination theme week with houses in Sulani, Tortosa, Mt. Komorebi, Selvadorada e.g. maybe with a touch of different cultures showing through the interior. .

A coffeeshop subscription would be a perfect gift for me! You could experiment with coffee & milk drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos & flat whites. You could add flavor shots such as vanilla or caramel, try different milk options or coffee blends if the shop has more. I would just go crazy with the subscription and get a different thing each day (don't have to drink it all, especially if you have sleeping problems). It's a great opportunity to see if there're some hidden gems for you. Also, as always, great build.

First of all, love this build! Love hearing about your different experience growing up where you are vs. America or other peoples' experiences that influence all Sim builders. Second, I didn't like or drink coffee until I worked at a coffee shop. Espresso tends to be more bitter and a mixture of different beans, usually containing Colombia bean which is more acidic depending on the roast. If you want to learn to love just regular coffee, I'd start with a light roast Sumatra or Kenya and just add honey and milk. I don't know how specific your coffee shop is, we used to roast our own beans and didn't blend them together except for espresso. Wish I could visit this shop with you to recommend something, it sounds great and I like the idea of having a subscription since people spend time studying or working at coffee shops!

Coffee fanatic here! I live in Copenhagen, don’t know about you, but I can highly recommend trying out coffee from Hart Bageri, Andersen & Maillard or Prolog. If that’s not where your subscription is, pleaaase try espresso. Proper espresso. Ask the barista for a nice light blend, something fruity or flowery 😊 I know that sounds crazy, because if you’re like me, you associate espresso with utter bitterness. But that’s not how it shouldn’t be. Any good coffee place that knows how to make good coffee, should be able to make an amazing espresso that is sweet, fruity and in some cases, it can even taste like tea. For example, if there’s bergamot in the coffee blend, it almost tastes like earl grey tea for me 😂 Anyhow, if you don’t like it, it’s luckily only a tiny amount of coffee wasted too ❤

All this talking of coffee made me think of one morning when I was unusually tired and used Red Bull instead of water to make my coffee. I got halfway to work before I realised that I had forgot my car!!! (Yes I know it’s an old joke but I like it)😂

I love chai latte so much, best drink apart from plain water. And the only coffee I can drink is sweet arabica (beware, a classic bitter version exists as well) with a lot of milk or condensed milk. I hope this can help you on your coffee journey~

I used to drink frappé / frapino with coffee flavour when i was younger. They’re very sweet but they slowly made me used to the taste of coffee lol. i also recommend the flavoured lattes - especially the vanilla one 😍

when it comes to coffee tbh just ask the barista. If it's a decent café they're gonna know their coffee best. milk/cream and sugar can dilute the taste, but they're not gonna change it so you should look for a coffee beans you like, not necessary a specific drink :) if you like tea I'd recommend some light roast coffee from the east coast of Africa

Ow you should try the caramel latte macchiato it's sweet and you don't taste the bitterness of the coffee. Also make it decaf your insomnia likes it better that way 🙈.

I don't know if it's a thing in Europe but at least in some areas states side, there's a happy medium called dirty chai. It's essential chai latte with a shot of espresso. I find it tasty with regular or oat milk. Aside from that, I tend to stick to tea. I want to get to appreciate pu-erh teas more.

I'm european but the idea of having only one bathroom in such a big house is so wild to me. I have toured many houses and apartments in France, Italy and Switzerland, and I've always seen at least one bathroom per floor, and with places that have at least 4 rooms on a floor (living room and kitchen not included) there is usually an additionnal bathroom. I think it's the same in Germany too but that one I'm only half sure. And both older or more recent houses have this feature from what I've seen
