The only reason anyone asks, is if selling is connected to a defect in the house or problem with the community. And that the buyer does have a right to know. All a seller has to do is make clear those two things are not a problem!

@@patriciahein2867 The house inspection should show any defects in the construction, but whether there is a problem with the community is subject to the opinion of whom you ask. It's still no ones business why the seller is selling. Respectfully, that's private to the seller. Potential serious buyers should do their own due diligence and make educated decisions based on facts whether the community is a good fit for their lifestyle. What a great house. My qualm is the outside railings. Almost always in a remodel this is neglected. We have it on our porch and have been trying to find someone to replace them. It’s smarter to invest the money in a house than a truck!

LOL most of all thank you for coming up from behind the camera. I noticed more of your videos you were actually seen in the video and on the tour of the home or property and it's great! I've been watching your videos for years and for years it was just a mysterious voice behind the camera. For $ 800 a month with zero down I could afford that! Really nice but I’m unsure where it’s located. My family is in Lexington and I would like easy access to them. I would grow a garden. I’m planning on retiring within the next year or so, rent would cost me more. Do you arrange financing or should I go to my bank first? Hi Sue Hatton, re financing - I tell people a bank in (fill in your state - we'll pick on CA) a bank in CA won't lend on a property in KY no more than a KY bank would lend on a property in CA. They like their loans close. And yup, we sure do have lenders here who will lend on this property. We sell homes and have them financed every day here.. Mortgage brokers typically have lower interest rates and higher one-time fees. Banks will typically have slightly higher interest rates and lower fees.
