The Ritual deck looks cool. Something just felt off. I copied the list to my Moxfield and have started messing with it.

Yea, was my first round playing the deck and was still getting used to how it was supposed to be played. Lost to creativity again that night off-camera, don't think it's a super good matchup for the deck. Scion being able to get ritual'd into anything on top of being a wild threat with leyline is probably the strongest thing about the deck though

@@DuxMTG I think Birthing Ritual is a really cool tool for the format, and I do agree Scion being able to hit anything is sweet, but I'm messing around with it on my Moxfield and currently have them moved out of the deck. Have you tried any other variations of the deck?

@@guitarwithjacob I've tried a more lower-to-the-ground selesnya/abzan/jund approaches that were closer to Boros/Mardu energy that just happened to have rituals and renegade ralliers/saffi but it never really felt as strong as just regular Boros/Mardu. Last bans definitely could've changed that, will definitely be playing more ritual on camera soon

@@DuxMTG Yeah I played Naya Energy with Saffi + Rallier / Goblin Bombardment at locals. I have everything for Boros and Mardu Energy, but any chance I have to play Saffi I can't pass up.
