Hi can I make a request! Can you make a scheme/floor plan and post it on your KZbin? 4bedroom/3bathroom. I am a follower of yours. We’re having a 200sqm rectangular lot. Can you please give me an idea with the house plan? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with one bedroom on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, deep well (poso) at the right hand side of the backyard, laundry area at the back and a porch/terrace in front of the main door, with just one car garage on the left hand side slight elevated and T&B. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own T&B, his and her sink, bathtub, standing shower,a nice walk-in closet, our own coffee station inside our room, small fridge inside our room, small sitting area inside our room, and access with the balcony inside our room. plus two more rooms if possible on this floor and another separate T&B.With a small backyard. 👏Absolutely beautiful especially given that amount of space although the downstairs bedroom should have been a little bit bigger👨‍🦽 for a full size bed instead of a twin size for that I would have reduced the living room size just a bit, thank you for the design and considering my request, I would love to see the same size lot with 4 bedrooms also, like with this design, one bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the upper floor.
