Love everything about this house especially the high ceiling and open-concept design upon entry. Simple but elegant design. Great for a small family. In my case, I would opt for a bedroom in place of the office and also a full toilet and bath. Add a dirty kitchen at the back and that is my dream house. Question, can you still add a lap pool on the side on a 190 sqm lot? Great job, Uno.

Thank you very much! Yes, the office can be turned into a bedroom as well. Regading your question, I think yes, a lap pool may fit on the side of a 190 sqm lot. A dirty kitchen may also be added. 😊

We’re having a 200sqm rectangular lot. Can you please give me an idea with the house? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with two bedrooms on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, laundry area, terrace in front of the main door with just one car garage and 1 bathroom. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own bathroom, our own coffee station inside our room, small sitting area, a nice walk-in closet and access with the balcony. 4th room on this floor, another separate bathroom, small living room. Wow! This is the closest one ever sa gusto kong design! As in! Dahil narin sa size ng floor. The only diff lang po is 76 sqm lang yung nakuha kong house. Konting adjustment nalang siguro. Kaso after 2 years padin ma turn over yung house namin. Ka excite! Typical townhouse na bare type po namin siya makukuha, if ganon po, would you be able to provide an estimated cost? Magkano po kaya ang ibababa nito? Also, can you share po if anong standard or minimum size requirement ng 1 car garage? Thank you in advance po!

Congrats po sa inyo! Dahil po bare type nyo po makukuha yung townhouse nyo, sa tingin ko po bababa naman yung estimated cost pero depende pa din po sa sukat nung townhouse nyo pati na din ng mga abang para sa mga outlets, pipes, etc. Ang standard or minimum size po ng parking for 1 car ay 2.5x5 meters pero sa designs ko po, ginagawa kong 3x6 para mas malaki space sa gilid at likod at di hirap bumaba/sumakay yung mga tao lalo na kapag may dalang mga gamit. 😊

bibihira ang ganyan 2 storey tpos 2 bedrooms lang sya. mas maigi na di na lang high ceiling ung sa living area, ginawa na lang sna bedroom din. pede naman mapaganda ang ceiling kahit mababa Lang, para economical.

Hello, can I please request a design for 11X12 house, high ceiling living room, right behind is stairs with huge glass window.
