Absolutely! You should be able to create it in House Flipper 1, especially with the Farm DLC giving you the freedom to build from scratch. 😊

This huge house has lots of open, but wasted space. A large gallery, a sitting area for 6 people max, a kitchen/dining which looks stuffed. 1 bedroom + guest room, 1 office, ONE tiny shower/WC on the ground floor. Did I miss one on the upper floor? (Edit: YES, I missed the actual bathroom, sorry) TV/reading area next to the bed room and stairs, how many people can actually watch TV? Space for 4 + puff, but tricky to arrange the chairs to actually watch. Because of this open space, the echo of the TV will be enough to entertain the whole house. The big window area lets in lots of daylight, but will also heat up the house in summer. Guess this is meant to have a oversized AC to make it livable? Don't get me wrong, it is nice too look at, expensive because of marble, but more show off than living. Could imagine this for 2 people + occasionial guests, but nothing for a family.
