In coastal South Carolina Lennar does include the washer dryer but the walk-in pantry I had to upgrade to get wood shelving and a glass door. It’s interesting how different markets have different standards. Great video Danny!!

Fantastic floor plan. I have never been in a Lennar home and I’m impressed. Lived in Irvine for a while and it’s a really nice area. That’s a huge yard for SoCal.

The master bedroom ensuite bathroom looked like something from a bathroom showroom- and not in a good way. It was almost as if they were trying to show every possible material and finish possible. The floor transitions from wood to some kind of fake looking marble then mosaic in the shower. There are different ceramics again on the walls, then a different material for the countertop, at least two colour of wood, several different paints. Nobody ever told them less is more I guess.
