This week build is modern Japanese house, one of my favorite house styles. I love the minimalistic yet welcoming vibe about Japanese homes.

Thank you 😊 I got the blackout double door from ‘buy’ section. I don’t have manhattan double door tho. The garage door was from a sweet treat showdown that ended few months ago. It’s not available in store. 🥺

How u go to level 60 so fast?? It's a farm?? Because im on level 22 and i can't pass for others level

I did all the available quests. It’s better to do quick events in stead of standard & long ones. Also, have a baby sims & do events with him/her to make them reach 3 stars in ‘good upbringing’ trait. The sims with that trait & lucky trait do events faster. When you do llama zoom quests, do relationship ones because it can be finished quickly. How will they get to the third floor?

There is a 3x3 room on each floor which I pretend as an elevator. ☺️😂 The sims don’t even use the stairs anyways lol.

Some of the items are from Sweet Treat Showdown, Treasure Hunt events and eco workshop. Unless the events get rerun, there is no way to obtain them 🥺 I also missed many events.

I didn’t put a stairs to the third floor in this build because I put an imaginary elevator. Those 3x3 rooms on each floor are supposed to be an elevator. But the sims can still go to the third floor without a stairs. ☺️😬

It’s not an actual gate. I just put Illuminati lights side by side. If you are asking about the garage door, it was from a past event.

How much was the house worth ?

I am not quite sure. I would say the house value is about 500k simoleons & a few hundreds sims cash ☺️ But the items were purchased over 9 months period. Between my previous build & this one, I actually spent only around 10k simoleons. 🤫
