This unit is small for the price to be honest, 134m2 is a simplex in my opinion. Good review though, just sound quality that needs work.

Hi There , Six Fountains has a mixture of stand alone / Freestanding, Duplexes and pure apartments. Really depends on what you are looking for 😇✍️

Overpriced for what you are getting. This unit you showed should really be about R1.5m. For R2.5m one should get more than what you showed.

Hey Maxine , indeed however really depends on the area and finishes, the Pretoria East area is in demand, so the resale values will actually be in the R3mil range , we are already seeing resales at a higher rate that R3mil, really all about the area and resale values 😊

@@TheNdebeles01 Okay I hear you. If I am looking for a 3. Bed Duplex there should be some sort of space. Outside and inside. Everything is too packed in the unit you showed. Probably a 160sqm in a 200sqm stand .. for R2.5m? Yhoo. I will keep checking. I do like Pretoria East.
