I love how beautiful it is and actually like the location but the only thing that worries me is that I was told they do a lot of weddings and events there.... does the neighborhood get crazy from all the weddings? also my budget is about $1M.

I loved the blend of resort with modern vibes, I would totally turn that gym into a home spa! Sauna, red light, steam, salt machine massage space! Maybe even get one of those robot massage table like the four season just got.

Uhm I love absolutely EVERYTHING. 🤯 This may be my favorite home shared of all and I have been a fan for years. The massive use of expansive windows juxtaposed with privacy are so unique for the homes being so close to one another.

This house is gorgeous! Hopefully you can answer my question: when it comes to the Four seasons, the only way to buy into the Four Seasons amenities is purchasing/residing in the Four Seasons Residence section or is that an option for all of Golden Oaks?

Congrats on the listing Ken. I saw it pop up a little while ago. Jones Clayton is my favorite builder in the Orlando area and they did another bang up job on this fabulous house. My only question is the electrical bill during the summer. A/C has got to be running 24/7.

These videos are so out of touch. If you really want to appeal to the buyers market, start addressing the MASSIVE problem Florida is facing when it comes to affordability. Realtors who continue to ignore these issues become increasingly less trustworthy. This doesn't make me want to use your firm.
