Good info man. I think I paid 800 for perk and 6k for 3 bedroom septic in northern Arizona. All soil is different so it makes sense it would change by regions. Hope all is well.

I guess I was lucky too. I just met the septic guy once and told him where I wanted it and he did everything else. I was exciting. Did a water tank also. The but the bottom of the tank below the frost line.
