Modern Pharisees are far worse than those of Jesus's time. Back in Jesus's day, the Pharisees would not dare oppress the poor, not because God said many times to not oppress the poor, but because they feared rebellion from the people and losing their status. That didn't stop them from kicking dirt up at the poor as they walked by. The poor sat wherever they wanted, begged for alms, slept on the ground and walked through the fields for food. Today's Pharisees (Christian hypocrites) would even force the poor out of the sacred pools, like the Pool of Siloam and say, "this is only for the rich, working class". Today's modern Pharisees, Christian hypocrites, put the poor in prisons, poison them with food and kill them, without a care for God or rebellion from anyone. They do evil and cry, "we are being persecuted for righteousness".

I will have to tell you that I absolutely don't believe in the unknown tongues thing. That is totally unscriptural.
