LTFRB together with private sectors launched the "MODERN PUV CARAVAN" to promote the modernization of public transportation in the Philippines. The said modernization aims to improve the dismal state of transportation in urban as well as the rural parts of the Philippines.

This is a nice video. Class 2 units under the PUVMP should be minimum of 22 seats but should be also possible for people to stand. The seats can be parallel or side facing. The Class 3 should also be 22 seats minimum but should be front facing and should allow area or room for baggage or luggage. Floor to ceiling height should be 1.75cm minimum.
