Modern Small House | 7.5m x 8m House plan (2Bedroom)

Love this design. Compact. I would have to make small changes, though, to fit to our lot orientation. Both bathrooms would have to be at the end to shield the house from the afternoon sun. Living room is to be at the right while the kitchen and dining is at the left, again to make the house cooler against sun's direct light. I would love to make the washing machine inside the house at the corner end of the kitchen so that I can wash clothes while I prepare meals. I am prone to get mosquito bites, so I need to be inside the house with screened doors and windows, while washing clothes. Thanks for providing me with this house plan with details matching most of what I have in mind.

I would have my dishwasher beside fridge then my sink then stove, it goes with the flow, take stuff from fridge onto counter above dishwasher, wash veggies then put in pot to cook: fridge, counter, sink, stove.
