I hope you guys will look into Schluter Systems stuff... its HIGHLY regarded and guaranteed. It IS expensive but the guarantees and the time savings in using and installing it make up for it. Several KZbin builders stand behind it including This Old House if you want to lean that far. It is an option to get waterproofing and moisture barrier in that room.... Growing up is the best time in our lives -- make room for it and enjoy BOTH sides of it. Play time is required big or small.

thank you so much. I have looked at that system and didnt look into it much. we were planning to go with concrete board and then a tadelakt plaster over that for around the tub. Any thoughts on that?
