I love what I could see, but it was so fast that I couldn't see all the details. I could only see closets in one room. Floorplan looks like there might be small closets by the bathroom, but can't be sure. Larger closets in the bedrooms, and bookcases in the living room would make it perfect. Kitchen details were difficult to see. Also, laundry room/area? Still, beautiful.

Is the house 100 m2 or the lot 100 m2? the land what would be the footage?

The swag lamps in the bedrooms remind me of Tina Turner's hair. Things like lizards are probably going to be scaling the back outside wall and lurking in all the foliage. Also thinking about what could end up 'swimming' in the pool. Right by the bedroom! I don't think I could do it. But it's pretty.

Interesting design but there are some areas that are not covered and plan view not too clear. Like where is the entrance into the bedroom that is behind the kitchen it looks like access is only from the other bedroom? Sunken living area nice for show but really limits furniture arrangement. Nice use of different materials. A walk through with panning to left and right in bathroom areas would be nice as the outdoor elements really make that a nice place.

It's beautiful, no doubt, but that's a 250 Sq.m plan, not 100 Sq.m. Even if I remove the Pool area, 3 bathrooms and setback area, it comes only to 107Sq.m

according to the the floor plan 13.4 x 18.7 meters, which is 250 sqm. if counting strictly only the indoor space, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room and kitchen it is still 138sqm. not really count as small house by most definitions.
