An beginner question; we want to renew our AutodCad license; but looking your video made sense we should get AutoCAD Architecture (2023); but I can't find AutoCAD Architecture (2023) on autodesk; Do I need to buy the all package in order to get this.

You're correct. When you buy AutoCAD, you get all versions, including AutoCAD Architecture. It should be listed in your Autodesk profile, under Products.
