Hey. This is all done via console commands, correct? Is there one that enables the live minimap as if one was playing multiplayer or spec ops?

No this is not made with console commands. And what you're asking is not possible via console commands. This is a menu modifcation you have to move from ui/hud_mp.menu to ui/hud.menu and convert the map again. I did it in COD4 with the help of Scillman. I don't think MW3 is so easily moddable.

No it wouldnt. Game designers do not add head to player in FPS games because it would block the players view and it would consume memory for something the player would never see. Everything is missing for a reason in video games.

Noclip system in MW3 uses the Fire and Aim binds as ascend and descent movement values. Fire and Aim binds are used as quick-time event buttons in this sequence. It was hard to progress the animated scene by pressing the necessary key bindings and still capture it properly. If you try it yourself you'll have the same trouble.
