nemsk yo you can hear the trigger reset when firing semiautomatic (it’s when the round is fired, the bolt goes back, pushing down the hammer and connecting it to the sear again) but you have to let up off of your trigger slowly to be able to hear it as you’ll just drown out the sound with more gunshots

Well the story is based off of realistic events. On top of all that former Special Forces Operators were always on call consulting how they operated based on those situations. One thing I remember is they mentioned the Highway of Hell which is a real thing based in Afghanistan. The U.S. built it to start commerce but the Taliban bombed the hell out of it. The gunplay in the game was heavily influenced by a KZbinr named Lucas Botkin his channel is TREX Arms and he does lots of training with firearms and teaches LEO and Soldiers new techniques that are very similar to the game.

When you reload the mp5 even in a tactical reload, you still rack the bolt back, change mags, and slap the charging handle. This is accurate because the mp5 is notorious for the magazines being very difficult to insert when the bolt is closed, which can lead to a fatal mistake in combat, so kudos again to infinity ward

Well they made some kind of attempt. If you look carefully, when he puts the clip of ammo into place, he doesn't insert all the ammo. Then puts the clip with some ammo still on it back. Not exactly the amount needed, but it's some kind of detail.
