A community college has just opened and the townspeople are trying real hard to come up with ways to bring the town back to life again

a crying shame what happened to this town. at one time it had a bright and promising future. I doubt if it will ever be what it once was. to many corrupt officials with their hands in the till.

Cairo is not a ghost town there is always more than 3,000 people who live there ;)
