PRINCESS HOUSE! Yes, my sister in law was a seller. She had so many parties and still has a lot of the products. That seems like a million years ago. I love all your holiday videos Jessica. I don’t feel what you’re doing is decor as much as it is how you love your family and how you show it and how you make a house a home it looks absolutely beautiful. The pieces you’ve collected are absolutely priceless and these are memories your children will cherish! I sold for Home and Garden Party for a bit in the early 2000s. It was similar to Home Interiors but we had handmade stoneware that I absolutely loved. My mom and grandmother did the ceramics stuff in the late 70s/early 80s too! I have the Nativity my mom did and it is gorgeous! Such a treasure! Your kitchen looks so festive and cozy!! You work so hard to make a warm and loving home for your family.

Love the drone shots. Does Aaron do them? My MIL was into Princess House. She bought me my butter dish, Salt/Pepper shakers, creamer, Glasses. And left her purchases to me when she passed. I love Christmas too. But I've also got many things that don't see the light of day for the holidays too. I think I'll join you in your quest to downsize a bit too. Anything broken will be tossed. Ok this is funny. I have many of the same type christmas decor that you do. Things that have been handed down, pieces that stir up memories. My tree is filled with all the ornaments of my family. All of my 67 years worth and counting. So many in my family have a tree with decor of the year. Mine has been the same since I married 44 years ago but adding items when someone is no longer here and I am given some of their treasures. It brings me so much joy. Your kitchen looks great. I was thinking of you this afternoon. Our home is 95%decorated, gift lists have been submitted and shopping is nearly finished. I was resting at the kitchen table and was making lists of menus and what will be needed while surrounded by recipes from my mom and grandmothers. It was a quiet time, in a warm home that is decked out in all the Christmas finery! I thought that it would be lovely to have you literally stop by for a chat and cup of tea! Too bad our zip codes are soooo far apart! It takes me longer to decorate, not only due to physical limitations but the nostalgic feelings and memories as I pull things out of totes. Until we visit again, enjoy the bounty of the season as you make your home so festive! ❤ Momma G

I’m like you. Love old Christmas decorations. I have several ceramic pieces my grandmother made. I have a ceramic tree with lights, a set of snowmen sliding on ice, kissing angels and a Santa. I try to mostly use family items. Loving the daily vlogs.

When I was a kid (70s) it was "Home Interiors". My husband reminded me that we still have 2 framed "pictures" for the lack of a better word & 2 wall hangings with hand painted glass & metal scroll frames that are from Home Interiors. Yes I am aware that sometimes I hold on to odd things. I am reminded of that by my husband. 😄 I believe those are in the hope chest (cedar chest) my grandpa made for my mom when she graduated high school in 1962. I have 3 Christmas items my mom made that I ALWAYS put out. A giant Santa face that she hand drew & painted with artex paints back in the 70s. A large (approx. 24") ceramic snowman she made. Again in the 70s. To add texture to his earmuffs mom used the cotton out of maxi pads. And a little wooden Christmas tree mom cut out & painted (early 2000s). By having them out every year it keeps her here with us.

I love Home Goods stores, and it's only 20 miles away. My guys don't like for me to go down my basement stairs. But that is where my pantry is because my kitchen is small. I also have my copper pans displayed close to the cast iron display. Your videos bring me so much joy, and I thank you for that. I made a ceramic nativity set about 1971, so that tells you my age. Thank you for sharing your decorating with your beloved special pieces. I will see you next time.

Love it !! Beautiful!! My grandma also painted a bunch of those trees !! Along with so many others items …. There was a ceramic artist who had a studio and mom’s and grandma’s went there to make or paint items !!! I went a few times as a small child and played with clay !! Favorite memories!!!

I am doing something similar and had a stack of Christmas items that I gave away to someone on the local buy nothing on facebook group. I also have a goodwill pile. It feels good to let someone else use something we aren't! Last year we gave our son and his new wife one of our two large trees. Now we are down to one large tree and three small trees and that is plenty.
