I love how Crown helped Marian. Instead of trying to tell her what to do, like everyone else, she simply kept her company while patiently waiting for Marian to make the first move. She didn't protest when she wanted to go back, but instead supported her decision, placing a trust in that she would do what was best for her, while providing subtle guidance. It's a good lesson in parenting, you will never grow from choices that you didn't make for yourself.

Second Affection was a great event, truly loved the story of how Marian was transformed and Crown protected and guided her, I love her so much, I want to hug her and get her back with the Counters and the Commander, not in the ark but in Eden.

I really liked how Crown was developed here. Also, one of the things that surprised me the most was how easily Crown and Chime disposed of a tyrant class rapture. Obviously, Shift Up wants to hype them, specially Crown.

I loved second affection, it just made me wanna hug Marian even more to comfort her. I can't wait to see her again. 💛 I just loved the funny moments she shared with our trouble trio of pioneers. Lol

I'm somewhat peeved that you refer to her as Modernia. That is the moniker the raptures gave her and her unit name, but when she returns to us, every cutscene acknowledges her as Marian. And even though she had a brain wipe, the core that anchors her to her past self, her fondness for the commander, is still there, so I'd say Marian rather than Modernia.

I’ll refrain from any comments on the in-game implementation of the second affection costume, since I feel and understand all sides of the argument expressed up ‘til now. Instead, I’d like to share my thoughts on the pivotal “Midnight Running” scene. Crown may or may not have realized what she did for Marian by agreeing to take her back to the Ark, but in that moment she gave Marian what might have been her first taste of independence, or rather autonomy, since she had her memory wipe and went to live with the Counters. Up ‘til that moment she was either being told how to interact with the world and other people, via Commander, Rapi, Anis, Neon, Snow White, Scarlet and Rapunzel’s parenting, or thrust into circumstances she had no control over with no chance to have her wishes acted upon, such as when she was sent to travel with Pioneer, and then to live with the Wissenritter. However, when Crown agreed to take Marian to the Ark, Marian at last got to experience what it was like to have someone actively respond to her wishes, and not only that, directly support her in her pursuit of her goals. Instead of being whisked about by the whims of fate, she got to make the fate she wanted for herself all along. Of course, Marian changed her mind, but I think it was because this newfound sense of autonomy gave her the feelings of safety and control she needed to begin to process why it was unwise to seek the Commander directly, and why he sent her away in the first place. In the end, Crown, rather than anxiously sheltering Marian as her previous caregivers did, gave her immense room to grow, and grow Marian did. In retrospect that scene may been even more impactful for me than Marian’s metamorphosis. In conclusion, Crown seems like the true ride-or-die supportive caregiving figure Marian needed in her life after departing the Ark, I couldn’t be more glad they met each other, and I can’t wait to see how their relationship will develop as the story continues.

This does pose fascinating question as you say can already hertic choose different path can one walk different path for moderina it was easier then rest due to her memories one I'm interested in is could anachiro choose to walk path as Cinderella once more change to be humanity ally another I'm more interested in is Nihilister can she alter her own fate as is she's in unique position I hope she takes that path becomes something else something someone who protect commander through I wonder if said transformation could work opposite scale say for example just as example if indevlla somehow morphed into even bigger monster seems like this new development has hertics in rather fascinating position I can't wait to see if this plot thread of potential hertics can come back from jaws of darkness and become something more or will they moprth into bigger monster very interesting

so far as we know Nihilister is still in Eden's hands, it'd definitely be interesting to see an "Eden reformed" version of Nihilister. Like she already wanted to overthrow The Queen and now she has personal beef with Indi and Chatterbox. plus she just works better under the Inherit idea where they ARE still trying to take back the surface but not necessarily "for the good of Humanity" They see themselves as the next step of evolution and that's an idea I could see The Dragon getting behind with "just enough" humbling.

WRONG. Modernia does not "understand it's for her own safety". The most important part about her deciding not to go back to the ark is that doing so, will put the people she loves in danger, not just herself. When she realizes that, is when she decides staying away in the kingdom is the best for EVERYONE not just herself, for now at least.
