This looks to be an improved version of the PLC-5 to CLX migration kit, that one is difficult to access the original wiring arms where as this one can be.

How to covert 1746-NI16I (analog input module) to 5069 equivalent( have 8 channel AI cards in 5069 IO family). Any suggestions.

You can use migration assistant in the program "Integrated Architecture Builder". It will provide a bill of material that is needed to do the conversion.
