又お邪魔致しました❗今回で5回観ました❤ 成瀬監督大好き💕人間です❕先程「雪崩」を観ましたが、残念ながら、良く分かりませんでした😢「観念的」で「大仏二郎」の原作で、「男のだらしなさ」だけは、分かりました‼️本作は、分かりやすく😅、成瀬ワールド満載で、「おじいさん👴、お父さんが、「芸事」「酒🍶の誤魔化し」」は許されないです❕ 「千葉早智子」さんが綺麗ですね‼️❤

アップして戴きまして有り難う御座います❗暮れから、お正月迄、小津ワールドに浸っていました❕もとより、成瀬監督大好き人間です❕初期の作品ですが、成瀬監督特有の「やるせな」哀惜感満載ですね‼️ 昭和10年代のモダン、おじいさんの「クラッシク」が、入り交じり、又当時の風景が、小津監督とは、違っています❗ 「三ツ屋サイダー」「清酒正宗」等、昔のロゴ入り看板が、目に付きました❗ 今度で、三度見ました🎵 改めてアップして戴きまして、感謝申し上げます‼️

成瀬監督の「家族物😊」ですね😢 昨日は「夫婦」一昨日は「サーカス五人組」とランダムに成瀬ワールドに浸っています😢😅 本作も今日で7回目です😢 「妻二人、薔薇のように」の如く「おめかけさん」が「良い人」なのに、「二女」の「モダン」ぷりが「長女」との「対立」が「哀しみ」ですね😢😅「松園龍子」さんの「可愛さ」が又「小憎らしい」素晴らしい「演技」です❤🎉 それにしても、成瀬監督の「やるせな」は「哀しみの」連続でした‼️ 早く「千葉早智子」さんに、幸せ😃💕が訪れますように、祈ってます❤🎉

Sachiko Chiba, plays Kunie, was a wife of Miko Naruse for a brief time, she was from rich family and eventually because of that and pressure from her mother, they divorced, she gave up on acting and opened up a restaurant in Shibuya, she was so gentle and warm, her smile shines and brightens all of her movies.. Together with Michiko Kuwano, who died very young, is the actress that I wish have played in more movies.

又お邪魔してしまいました‼️ 今回で8回観ました‼️😅😢 昨日は成瀬監督デイで「働く一家」「旅役者」「サーカス5人組」と1*日で「3本」観ました‼️ 本作も1935年の「90年前の「隠れた「佳作」ですね🎵😢😅やはり「成瀬監督の「やるせなさ」が光ります😅😢「成るようにしかならない」「明日は明日の風がふく」の「成瀬マジック」かもしれないですね🎵😅😢別れた「千葉早智子」さんが「綺麗」で「華」をそうました❤🎉

There seems to be a problem with the timing or the video. The video is only 47 minutes, while IMDB and the subtitles show the movie should be 54 minutes. I will try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

Also unfortunately the subtitles don’t match the scenes too, but I still enjoyed the movie 😅

Update: the problems with the subtitles (both English and Spanish) is far too big for me to fix on my own. There are sections that need to be entirely re-subbed and re-timed. I am removing the subs for the time being until I figure out what to do.

thank you so very much for the wonderful films ! but this one has the wrong subtitles/captions beginning sometime after Grandpa gets the energy pills from the Hitler moustache gut at the noodle shop. The characters seem to have the same names in this film as in the subtitles : Kunie,Kimiko, Oji -san and Oto san. But the story does not match with the words. Is the name of the film correct?

When a japanese say oto san they mean the father , whereas they mean grandfather whan they ojii san. Those 2 are not names of particular people.
