Have you seen the ones on shein? I think they have the detachable shirt like the Lyra one but I’m not sure but the reviews look good. I did order the Amazon ones but I’m kinda at a lost if I should order the ones on shein…

I was genuinely considering dropping a bag on Lyra, but a bunch of people had issues with the size... I didn't even consider Amazon! Couple qsts: What size did you get of the Yongsen one, and did the water ever bubble up underneath and make the top puffy when you came out of the water? Thanks in advance :)

Hmm I’m trying to imagine what you mean but honestly no. I use the Yongsen every week for my swim lessons & have had no issues with it getting puffy. I got a size medium. I’m 5’8 with a 28in waist for reference

Thanks for the video! I have a question about the swim hijab, I also like to wear a latex swimcap under it to keep my hair protected, cover my ears, do you think it's a problem if it shows up? I notice you get very upset in the video, I was not sure why. I friend told me to put a swimcap over the hijab too to keep it in place, I'm not sure if it's a good idea

It’s completely fine I do the same I just don’t like how my head shape looks haha. I think it’s better to put the swim cap under the hijab honestly- it worked well for me. I don’t think it would work well over the hijab

@@reinesenegalese Hi! thanks for you answer! Yes, I think under the hijab is better too, with a tight swim hijab over to cover. I'm thinking to try a older style bathing cap with a chin-strap, I think it could stay in place better for a longer time, without sliding up and keeping hair more dry. And if you don't like the head shape, maybe it help you too, but I don't think you head look weird! You are a beautiful woman! Be proud!

It's my first summer being a hijabi/niqabi and I'm the only one in my family who knows how to swim, so I always take my little cousins swimming. Either going to get a burkini from modanisa or aliexpress. I'd prefer a full swim abaya/jilbab but I know some pools won't allow them. Hopefully they'll let me wear my khimar. It's lightweight enough to swim in and I can still cover my face
