Since everything has gone digital is so much easier to ®©℗™ anything that is online or digital. A couple of the shows that I MOD for are all using registered "TM" and "CR" coding built right into the DNA of the channel all its videos. Its basically 1 of 12 clear\invisible digital fingerprints that constantly repeats the owners registration number and their info from start to end of the videos, and is so that its in every frame of every video like a clear layer so if used as a .JPG or picture it still is registered and covered by ®©℗™. They can't be removed they are part of the programing of the Video itself, its not like breaking a DVD or a CD, Games, Computer Program in the old days to record or copy them. Microsoft had to back way off a couple years back when they launched a program that snooped and looked at everyone's personal Media\data for ®©℗™ violators they found that everyone online was breaking the law in one way or the other. Apple, MS Microsoft, Amazon, KZbin,all the others use digital encoding that is hidden to track and code their products some you know about lots you don't even have a clue. Its only going to get worse as long as people want to take credit for others hard work. Are not willing to put in their own efforts do their own work, and the fines are just going to get larger more extreme as they look for ways to put people in jail to generate money for Corporate owned Prisons. White collar crime will become the next big Corp profit bubble.
