When i first listened to this i was like: 0:40 omg it's gonna be a huge hit, best work so far, i always loved josh's sound and this is legit af 1:20 oh trap...umm...ok it's bullshit, lets rewind to 0:40 Now i only wait for other big names who hasn't sold their souls for crap genre to remix this. It's still not lost but at the current form it sucks. I beg you guys cut the shit and return to your style while you have your audience who followed you since the very beginning. Of course Modestep fans will hate this song because it's Trap. Modestep usually make Dubstep and Drum & Bass mixed with Rock. So they expect the same thing over and over and over, which is totally fine. But cut them some slack, they are experiencing with a genre that they've never tried before. Of course, you're allowed to not like it, totally fine. I have found Modestep from listening to xKores remix of Another Day, and loved it, I listen to their other songs and loved them! (at the time I was really into dubstep) and then I wanted to develop my music taste and got really into Drum & Bass/Neurofunk. And then I started to listen to more and more Trap music. So currently, I'm listening to a whole lot of different Genres of EDM. So when I listen to this, I think it's cool, I really like this track. But proper Modestep fans who mainly love Dubstep and D&B are not going to like this song, it's too sudden for them. So it totally makes sense why Modestep fans would hate it. But since I listen to wide verity of Electronic music, I think this is a really cool track. And they prefer traditional, classic Modestep. But they haven't tried this genre before, they're experimenting something that they haven't really tried much before. You can Hate it, but at least appreciate their work on it.
