They changed the game from a farming simulator to a forestry simulator. Farming is not like that, the only source of money is cutting trees. Can you make a series where you can play without cutting down trees?

if you play the game in the regular way it's still farming sim... but if you try to do it the way I do the only way to get money in the start is to use forestry ;)

On PC you can mod the mods yourself. It's mostly a case if copying what you want, unzipping it finding the right file and changing aspects of the mod. So if you want a cheaper tractor you just find where the price is listed and change it to what you like. Kinda takes away the real challenge though if you ask me. I like using the prices set out in the game/modders as that makes it more Legit There is a lot of "cheating" going on here in order to get the end result. But if that's they way they want to do it, then that's fine. As long as they had fun.

I'm still waiting for someone doing that kind of video without bullshit. I mean playing with default settings, hard economy and only official GIANTS content. And no cheating with mods, obviously. That being said, I'm not saying my perspective is the best. But I really can't respect or be impressed by something not relatable. Me and a friend started from scratch on Elmcreek with hard economy, défauts settings and no mods except those directly made or supported by GIANTS(those on the store and those labeled "by GIANTS Software). It is a grind, but it's very satisfying to do it without cheesing the system.
