I think more impossible will be no mans land without land, money, ANY mods. No leasings, loans, no man's land greenhouses and methane production. At the start you will make 86 000 $ with contracts on that small field at the new farmer land

Here's a tip sheep I actually really good and really profitable and worth it so I recommend putting a sheep farm down and feeding the sheep and selling their wool because it sells pretty good
