When the courts are hostile to BJP government, not even deciding the cases where every thing is available to the court, what to talk of cases which are not taken up for hearing at all - at all. One can conclude that the judiciary is under pressure of some outside force to go soft on the Gandhi parivar. We can't blame Modi govt - even for not taking action before 2023 when full majority was there, as the court was always likely to favour only the culprits from what we have seen. First and foremost judicial reform is needed and then everything can be speeded up.
