@Fardeen Sheikh Thanks for the strong criticism. If I understand correctly, either you are meaning that: 1. Modi is making us fool by using the emotional gimmick. (or) 2. You mean to say whoever makes an emotional opinion is a fool. If it is the former, neither of us can disprove or prove it. I will find it hard to believe that he is using such a gimmick, as I have seen sufficient people in my life to understand if a person's emotion is genuine or not. If it is the latter, I do understand the need for rational opinions. But why downplay the role of emotions in life? Emotions do teach a lot of valid things about a person. In Vedic tradition, we are taught to see our homeland as Mother. We call her Bharat Mata. Certainly, someone who has such a vision will at least think of doing good to our country. I understand that there are many things which are not up to the mark or in fact bad in the current government. But there is nothing harm in appreciating the good intentions of the person. I hope this made sense. Thank you.

But I will just mention a point in regards to your point. Not having strong opposition is not just the problem of Modi trying to inspire Hindus to vote for him. There is no one currently present who can match Modi in terms of leadership qualities. In a survey done in 2021 all over the world in many countries which include outside India also, Modi topped the most admired leaders in the world. So opposition needs to work on getting a better leader if not equal as well.

Who else would better understand than you as a doctor. I support your arguments and I have also written to MoHFW asking to avail more beds and PPE kits including ventilation facility. On 14th the government ordered 15 million PPE Kits, also the domestic manufacturers have been exempted from cess , paving the way for faster manufacturing. There is a whole lot of governance deficit in healthcare management and we have to address it. We need to have a public health cadre as suggested by 2nd ARC which two of our states namely Tamil Nadu and Odisha have implemented. The best a non medical person can do is to increase awareness about this pandemic and contribute to feed the needy. Thank you that you raised this concern and please donot level any one based on your micro judgements as bhakt or so. I am equally rational and as an engineer I have also contributed to health management by designing gutter sensors and making them available to the municipalities. Thank you for working hard for the patients .
