@@dirkmatthiesen1038 my friend fabricate it for me. it was a custom job. its a triangle welded on to a plate bolted to the wheel. then a plate with where the trax we can bolt the maxtrax mounting screw can fit on, then 2 extension plate to bolt the yakima shovel holder on. its very simple but does the job very well.

@@Expedition_Tranquilo it's a new gen of automatic gearbox from ZF, this is the main issue with modern global economy, when you put in stuff that comes also from other builders, even with a solid reputation could happen. i am an apprentice at a hd workshop in cairns and we see these things all the time one of our clients that being ergon has a small fleet of 4x4s one thing ive noticed is that the cab tends to crack due to fatigue for corrugations commonly on the cab mounts, the door hinge area, fuse box holder drive shafts with excessive runout and slip joint failure Nothing quite like these 4x4 on the market but man are they poorly designed, lots of cheap nasty plastics that go brittle and placements of components that were just left as an after thought

Nice truck, is this the latest version of the Daily? The previous version was notorious for poor reliability, particularly with the transfer case and brakes. Iveco dealers have said these are fixed, I’d love this to be the case as it would be ideal for our expedition vehicle, but still to be convinced. We’re favouring the unimog or artego, bigger than we need but at least assured of being reliable. Having sailed the seas and far from help, reliability is everything.
