If the hoses at the old rad cap is there for the overflow that needs to be capped off and moved up the the remote rad cap having it there is not allowing the system to come up to pressure at operating temps allowing it to go over temp. other then that love the build keep it up

You might just make a shroud out of some sheet and let that fan focus on the radiator and not the engine bay air. The fan is a good quality but not given a fair shot on the smaller radiator with no shroud. I appreciate the hands on work you do, keep it up.

What fan does it have on it? Might need a better one with a shroud on it I don't think my rad is much bigger with a 2500cfm flex a lite and it chills at 190ish and will get to like 210 Beating on it
@SniderTron3000
@SniderTron3000 3 жыл бұрын
The rad core is 13x13. Its a 2000cfm Derale fan. I had considered a shroud, but I was looking at it before putting the radiator back in and the shroud would have to be so close to it that I'm not sure it would actually help. Like as it is the fan barely fits right up against the radiator, so I can't stand it off much for a shroud.
