🔥🔥MODIFYING Jada Toys, Universal Monster Action Figures 🔥🔥

I LOVE Jada Toys! Jada is the surprise smash of the last year and I'm all in on WHATEVER line they put out!! Just stunning craftmanship, design, detail, SUPREME articulation.......i digress. As phenomenal as these figures are, the head and neck are fine just as is, but that little "UMPH" brings them to a new level! (deeper crouches while looking up) Maybe someone can get use from this. It was fun as hell to do and fun to make this video. You dorks, enjoy! Sub UP!!

I've done this with some Marvel Legends and it really helps with range. I've done it to the movie Venom, Knull Venom, AF Spidey, RYV Spidey, Tobey/Andrew Spidey, probably others I'm forgetting. I wish they'd go to a double ball jointed neck for their Spidey/Venom figures to get the best range possible. This easy little mod helps a good bit though. I had to do something similar with my MMPR remastered Red and Green rangers. Though they have the double ball jointed necks, they didn't have any range. Reason being is the neck had no space for the pegs to lean. Was basically like a solid little plastic cylinder. I just popped the head and neck off, dremelled enough of a cone shape on both ends to allow decent range without destroying the socket the pegs go into, and voila. The heads now move as they should. Sucks that you have to do that sorta thing for some figures, but also I kinda like easy little projects I can do. Especially if it's unlikely to the ruin the figure. I'm also glad I'm not the only one that has goofed with a dremel and just end up with battle damage somewhere on the figure.

Those came out great!! I’m looking into customizing a Bride Of Frankenstein figure into a female mummy since they cancelled their mummy figure. Was thinking of shaving down the hair into an Egyptian head piece and painting up the face a different color with different make up. What tool(s) should I go about using for a project like this?

Honestly i have no clue bro. I am prone to exacto knives, sculpt putty, paint brushes. Im not the BEST customizer whatsoever. I just see what i got around the house for tools and utilize then best i can.

Find an image of what type of headpiece you want and take an exacto knife to shape up the general shape of headdress. Green Sculpt for additional finishing touches. Actually wouldnt need much. I recommend 2 sandpapers, a course 400-600, and extra fine usually 1000....(i believe those to be the grades)...i know higher is finer. Sandpaper is your best friend! And recommend using alittle heat before you cut into the hair, softer plastic is easier to cut.
