Modifying the brake pedal box & build update on my EH Holden panelvan restoration

In this video, I pull apart the VR Commodore brake pedal assembly in order to restomod the EH pedal assembly and go about fitting it up with the new booster and master cylinder. I also provide a build update and show how I have integrated the VR Commodore wiring loom, centre console and floor tunnel into the EH panel van.
This is the sixth episode in the build series that follows my journey as a backyard restorer, undertaking a 1964 EH Holden panel van restoration that holds sentimental value to me as it was originally started by my panelbeater Dad, who has passed.
Throughout this build series, I share what I am learning along the way and the mistakes I make in order to show you, that anyone can have a crack at this type of restoration (if they have the patience!). I am not a panelbeater or mechanic by any stretch, but love spending the time in the shed restoring these old classics.

I put a ducted vintage air unit in my fb holden hiden nicely under the dash. They are good units and should work well in your van. Nice work as per normal mate.

the guys at madfolk engineering do a pretty well regarded throddle pedal setup for the EH if you're looking for a not too expensive alternative to modifying what you have, great vid keep up the EH content!

Thanks mate! Yeah I saw that too. If I’d had known before I bought the sides then I might have got one, but I’m going to have a crack at it first and if I stuff it then I will 😂
