The scene at 15:28 is looking down on the south side of the old Lexington bridge, at Lexington, MO, from atop the World War Veterans Memorial in Lexington, MO. The bridge seen at 16:26 is the old Waverly bridge at Waverly, MO. The part at 17:00 was filmed along old US 65 & 24 on the North side of the old Waverly bridge near Waverly, MO.

I have seen the river bluff to bluff from Atchison to Missouri bluffs 3 or 4 times in my lifetime so far. 1993 was the first time.

Man, that was a bad one, from the looks of it. So many farms underwater. But lots of great shots of men and vehicles of the time.
