Been out of action for a week now. Sprained my ankle so badly during a recent tournament that im finding it difficult to even run or sprint around freely. Patiently waiting for it to recover and get started again. But i feel like im on the field and enjoying balling watching your povs. This makes me wanna recover faster and get to work ASAP.

Honestly, most of it just comes from playing as much as he does. I've noticed high stamina from people who play multiple times a week. Also important are fartlek running and getting optimal rest.
