help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @Neso Academy, plz solve................< -8 ≅ 7 (mod 5) > 5*(-3) +7 =15 but the question is , is multiplying by negative integer valid? Also, (-8)-(7) =-15 but is it okay to say -15 is divisible by 5? Even when reduced we get -3 ≅ 2 (mod 5) which doesnt feel comfortable, 2 ≅(-3) (mod 5) this is 100% valid and gives comfort.

There's that video in equivalence relations that hints on the rules(with propositional logic in mind) that a==b(mod m) if and only if (a -b) is divisible by m
