Chance! Great house. My wife and I have been doing the Chance Tour and telling all the retailers close to use we came because of you. Weve been to Paradise Homes and we selected the Family retreat as our future home. Thank you for the work you do! Also I don’t like to fly either. To be honest I’m very superstitious. I pray before I get to the airport, at the airport and wait for the pilots to introduce themselves and pray for them my name. EVERYTIME! If any of this plan deviates, I’m forced to take a couple Xanax and in flight Jack Daniel’s. 😂 STAY BLESSED BROTHER!

Chance, I was thinking, as one of your end of the year "Best of" type videos, could you put one together that showcases homes that DON'T enter directly into the living room? I am one of the rarer viewers who LOVES homes that enter into the kitchen or just somehow NOT into the living room. I'd love to see ones where the living room is a bit more hidden away from those entering the home.

I haven't flown in over 25 years, but I did when I was in the Army. My first flight was from Harrisburg(PA) to Charlotte NC and then a short one from Charlotte to Columbia SC. My bigger flight was when I flew to my duty station. I was stationed in Germany! So I flew from Philadelphia to Washington Dulles and then Washington Dulles to Frankfurt Germany. That flight to Germany was between 8 and 9 hours. That is a very long flight!

I xo not fly any more. I did it a couple of times when I was younger though. My husband has his pilot's license but hasn't flown in years but loves it. If I can't drive there, I'm not going. We are really enjoying these home tours. You do a wonderful job with your videos. Merry Christmas to you and your family!

LOL I love flying and can sleep on a plane but I always seem to get stuck in the middle or by the aisle and someone will want to go to the bathroom and disturb my nap. Like this home but it's missing one thing. A pantry!

I have been in sirplanes since i was 10 years old doesnt bother me at all only once there was a bit of turbulence but it didnt bother the staff was calm. I really live tbis midern farmhouse but i would tweak it go suit with me better tyfs

Nice home Chance. I am with you with the flying; I hate it. I not only have aerophobia but also claustrophobia (fear of being in small, confined spaces). I have only flown twice in my 72 years on this earth and that was to fly to Texas to see my son graduate from basic training in the Air Force and then to fly back home to good ole Washington, NC.

When I fly to my locations, I pull out my tablet and watch Netflix or music video's I have downloaded. Time flies by while I'm flying. I have been on a plane that hit turbulance and I think the plane dropped 3-4 feet at one time.

Chance, you don't have to explain away irrational fears!! They're irrational for a reason. I've got a bunch of em. Did discover that flying wasn't one of them, at least! The feeling of taking off was so cool. I think I'm the only person in my family who actually likes to fly, though 😂😂 I'm proud that ya got on one to get to California - that would be one heck of a drive from down here!! y'know, I was prepared to not like this house, because the kitchen's small and to me that's just uncool. But those double windows in all the nice big bedrooms! Not bad.

I never use to fear flying but these days I fear it….. it’s not like it used to be to be…. Planes were taken care of flight attendants were nice passengers were nice but today everyone wants to fight and my luck I’d be on the plane that went down and I would be on the 6:00 news nope not if I can help it I will not fly. Just goes to show you value the life the Good Lord gave you. I'm scared in airplanes too. The first plane I rode in was one of Howard Huges Big Bananas. It was terrifying, it rattled and the wings looked like they were about to fly off without us. The only thing scarier was riding in a ferry during a storm. It would go way up on the waves then crash down between the waves. It would make a big crack noise when it hit the bottom and a bunch of dogs in a kennel not far away would all scream and howl. I spent the entire night standing on a bed clinging to the bottom of a round window with my finger tips and jumping up to catch glimpses of the dark sky. I was checking to see if we were still above water. Never again will I ride out into the ocean Never. Take my advice Chance - never ever do that. Nice house by the way.

You don't need to be afraid of flying, that's easy what you need to be afraid of as a crash landing. But a lot of the times people can walk away from those so don't worry. 😉 And whatever you do do, don't even think about the fact that all the parts on that aircraft were made by the lowest bidder. 🤔😬😯 I hope these helpful tips have put you more at ease now. 😏😜

I've flown 47 times and have 4 more flights coming up in Feb to Vegas and Istanbul, Turkey (12 hours). This will be my 4th flight to Turkey. 2026 going to Tajikistan which is about 17 hours. They should have enclosed the hot water heater, put a cabinet above the toilet in the spare bathroom. This house needs a lot more storage.

The last flight I took, we hit bad turbulence. The plane dropped twice. Enough for oxygen masks to drop down and lights to flick out momentarily. I have never flown since, nor will I ever. I don't blame you Chance.
