@David .. Thanks for the video. Its very clear and concise. The Total bandwidth depends on the pulse which we are using to represent to symbols and the "beta" factor of the pulse. How many pulses we want to transmit per second defines the bandwidth ... @ David.. For example in BPSK modulation, my symbol is one of these {1+j0 , 1-j0} which I need to transmit. Since we are in the digital domain, we need to represent the one pulse as one symbol (as you mentioned in the video) and symbols are represented with samples (no of samples for one symbols) ... what are these samples? Are they the sample of the sinc pulse (like ex: 8 samples/symbol means we are using 8 samples to represent the sinc pulse and therby convolving our BPSK symbol with these 8 samples ) ???
