Because you haven't been following women's darts. Everybody who does is excited about her. She played for England a number of years ago, took time out to work and buy a house with her partner, has come back this year and is 5th in the Women's Series scoring stats. Humphries, supposedly, pushed his management to sign her. She's 30, he's 29 , so he might have known about her talent as a junior.
