Agar ddr4 ram jaana tou fhir 13400f with B760 board is alright. Baki budget pe hai, processor dono hi aache hai, 12600k vase better hai.

Never ever buy the 8 GB variant of the 3060 gpu. That one is a laptop GPU bro, you will lose more than 20% performance if you use the 3060 8gb. Go for the 3060 12gb variant. If you want more value for money, try getting rx 6650xt and rx 6700 best GPU for gaming. but if you are focused on productivity go with rtx 3060 12gb
