You need the star power with more bounces to the stone so you get more hits also it’s his super that is really good even without the stun gadget on 1v1 the knockback is good but you have to use it to engage or getaway at the right time it can either save you or get kills which is why it’s so good.

I sid some testing with moe with skipping stone. And you can with it with 1 attack you can you can get up to 2 to 3 hits it dmg ranges 2400 x2 im sure you can get trips haven't gotten it 2400 2400 1200 1200 x 3 easiest to hit and can be done back 2 back rapidly The dps when when trying two rapid hits was in the 4.6 to 8.6 k range

I have noticed that if you shoot diagonally at max range with moe and you have the skipping stones power you will hit the enemy 3-5 times doing massive dmg or out right killing them
