Looks like a great kit. I started building models in the early mid 60's and remember paying US$0.99 to US$1.50 for these 1/25 scale cars. That's the normal retail price, not a sale price. Ah, how times change. Thanks for the review of this kit.

Seeing the part trees and then seeing how they go together is one of the things I like about your channel. Of course, your personality is the big reason. I heard your statement about "back seat delete" option and it reminded me of little known packages for both GM and Ford. As you know, cars are sold with codes for the packages. Well, there was no internet in '90, when I graduated HS. Knowing the codes was difficult. Both manufacturers had radio delete options. This also removed A/C compressor, all power functions, and, in the case of the Pontiac T/A, black side moldings. The Mustang was only available as a coupe. There were some other things the option pkg changed, don't remember. But what it gave the buyer was a factory built, street legal, acceleration monster!

I've been using your black or white base coat tip then misting the colors for " pre defined" finishes. I've also gotten silver pencils and acrylic color pens. No camera tricks involved in your videos - WOW it all works! Oh, I layed down a thick layer of white glue on a smooth floor board that needed carpeting. Just as the glue started to skim over I stippled with a stiff brush. After paint - 1/25 scale carpet. Thanks again for sharing...

Them were the days when all you needed was a set of headers, a pair of M&H's, a shifter, a tune on the carb and ignition timing and you were ready to run. You could be competitive for under $500 with the right car.😀 Cheezus it was a great era for drag racing and the 'Swamp Rat'. Thanx for this. 👍👍

Pretty nice kit. Superb building as always. Reminds me of my uncle's 67 Caliente. Almost bought that car, but I was not even 18 yet and my folks discouraged me from buying it as there was work to do on it. Last I heard of that car, the guy who bought it from my uncle, took the 289 out of it and put it in a Mustang, then scrapped the car. That said, it's the first time I think I hear, if not anger, a slight annoyance in your voice about a "really hard" to do technique and a liberate use of sarcasm. I thought you were the Bob Ross of modeling. But now, I'm not too sure. lol
