Dee is very patient with Moesha's defiant antic... since been an educator of teens for almost 20 years at the start is this show. If it were any other step-mother, she would have already snapped and made Frank choose between her or Moe.

Justin Gandara Earlier in the episode, Moesha wanted to hang out at The Den, but Dee wouldn't let her. Moesha talked back to Dee and she grounded her, but later, Moesha snuck out to hang with her friends.
