For gatherers in the BZ, if you see a death on your map and you are afraid that a ganking party might be around, you can type "/stats" + "Name of the killing player" and then go to latest kills. You will be able to see how many people assisted and the set and IP and so on. Also, the latest kill will only appear if the player is in the same zone as you, so if you type the same thing a few moments later and the latest kill is different (often it is from a few days past) it means that that player left your zone!

eather way by the time you typed it out you're prety much dead so i for one will never venture forth in to BZ or mists unless im in t2, if they are gonna kill me regardless make it a waist of their time lol

Ideally you do black zone content with a group in a small scale PvP comp. An actual PvP comp will almost always beat gankers, even when outnumbered and at an ip disadvantage. Gankers lack the dtanks and healers to survive claps and lack the offtanks to get clumps. And bearwpaws are an s tier dismounting weapon but an f tier group PvP weapon. What my group does is usually send out a dtank 10 seconds or so ahead of the group to act as bait. The gankers often fall for the bait, clumping up and PvP tagging, even wasting mobility. Meanwhile we have dismounted behind and rush in to clap all the gankers. In this way, we have killed pretty juicy gankers, including one 8.3 frost

Just be careful entering mists if you're being chased by someone on a crow. They can activate its fear ability before you finish channelling and actually push you outside your mount's circle.

It works the other way too. Those mounts helped me grind premium with 400k pve fame on eu bc the hostile flaggers would ride them past the underway guards, the fear when you hit the mount gives them outlaw and the city guard delete them fast

The major things you need to manage your time when you're in and out of the black zone. The more time managed out of the black zone or just going in and getting what you need is what you need to do in order to survive.

Man your videos are amazing I started playing a few weeks ago by watching a certain infamous KZbinr. All he had me doing was faction stuff and gathering in YZ and honestly I made alot silver first few days to jumpstart my account, but man it got so boring by day three I almost quit and decided to watch different guides, it’s been night and day. Using a sword with your gather build is good if you have iron will unlocked, it gives purge immunity freeing your cape for fort sterling instead of the more expensive brec cape

Another tip: If you come across a guy on a raven you're probably already in deep trouble and you need to get an exit strategy asap. In the black zone I've probably never seen that used outside of a larger gank group. Not far behind the fastest mounts in the game and has a nasty fear ability.

It is really shitty from SBI to give gankers one of the best ganking mounts in the game while most gatherers cannot afford rams or galant on EU.

In black zone I use tier 3 Nature staff+soldier helmet+ Mercenary Jacket+soldier boots+ mule-kill mobs for silver until i get ganked & killed-the build is less then 10k 😂

Red zone and black zone? You mean the area of these whales with big pockets that happy to use their credit card every time that they die in the game? Never going there and never will. While I'm not poor, it's not my type of entertainment, sorry. I guess over 90% of the players never been there. Red and black whales only zones. Not for a normal player without very deep pockets in real life.

I'm sorry but you are simply delusional. I don't remember the last time I saw someone in expensive gear out in the bz and I'm there every day. People run at most 4.3 there and if that's a whale for you, bad news it's just a skill diff.

Project more. I started gathering in BZ with 200k sets only dying to extremely organized disc groups. Sounds like you're just not that good if you think only whales can do well there.
