wanna know something mad? I helped build that exact penthouse, Ashford environmental did the water treatment on the whole block and the one next to it. every other flat is just a normal (if quite nice) flat or office space but each tower has 2 penthouses on top of it....mad thing is, when we were working on it and it was being built, it was valued at 1.2 - 1.5 million. that was 5-6 years ago now. 6 years tops to double your money? im in the wrong game.
